ISAF (International Stabilization & Assistance Force)-Afghanistan COMKAF HQ (Commander Kandahar Airfield Headquarters) shoulder patch.  Complete with Velcro backing.
ISAF COMKAF HQ was the international team of approximately 200 NATO personnel that was responsible for operating the Kanahar Airfield and Support Base Operations for the approximately 30,000 military and civilian personnel working at and operating from that location.  This is one of the spare patches that I had when deployed there in 2011 and brought back with me.
Patch measures 76 mm (3 inches) high X 60 mm (2 1/2 inches).  Guaranteed original and not a knock-off.
